Singip has created the first SZM- 9SP intelligent straight line edging machine. It has been redesigned and optimized by engineers, and it is equipped with a patented intelligent edging-control system to provide new generation of solutions. The device has an intelligent learning function, polishing real-time compensation function, polishing distance compensation function, wheel replacement reminder, automatic wheel alignment (setting), one-button start and so on. The device is much more humanized. Singip is the first company to introduce LED repair lights. The grinding head angle adjustment system is new and convenient. The brush system is a completely new design, replacement of the brush is quick and easy, and the new overall waterproof and leak-proof design is of very high efficiency.
SLMX2516 Vertical Edging Machine Production Line
The SLMX2516 Vertical Edging Machine Production Line consists of four units of edging machine, four units of turning robot arms and a vertical washing machine. It is designed on the base of straight line edging machine model SZM-9SP. With the robot arms, the efficiency of single edging machine can be improved deeply. The total length of the production line is 36 meters. Comparing with the double edging production line, the different size glass with same thickness can be edged and polished in one time by this production line which can reduce the cost of human resources.
Singip is set to bring its latest machines to China Glass 2019 in Beijing. The machines will be on display in booth 221-226, Hall W3.
