Jain Glass Solutions sets up second processing facility in Surat

Brings In Latest European Technology, State-Of-The-Art Machinery

Jain Glass started its business operations in Surat as a glass trading and glass designing company in 1993.

With an increased demand for safety glass in the market, Jain Glass Solutions has set up its second glass processing facility by the name of JGS GLASS INDUSTRIES. The unit is equipped with the latest European processing technology and state-of-the-art machinery.

The unit has a well-planned layout and is equipped with world-class fully automated machinery. It also houses all kinds of modern equipment required for testing of glass. The new facility has one of the finest flat glass tempering lines from the UK-based Cooltemper.

In the year 2017, Jain Glass Solutions received an Appreciation Certificate from the office of Central Excise, Customs and Service Tax for being the Highest Excise Payer in Second Category

JGS Glass Industries can now process all kinds of high performance glass with emissivity of 0.01 and sizes up to 2440 x 4880.
With a built-up area of over 75,000 sq ft, the plant has been established with a vision of further expansion, with a few advanced machines lined
up for future growth.

JGS Glass Industries processes all kinds of safety glass – tempered glass, heat strengthened glass, insulated glass and laminated glass, and decorative glass.
“We have planned the facility in such a way that minimizes the handling of glass and processes high performance coater glass with perfection” said Mr Bhikam Bachhawat, MD of JGS Glass Industries.

• Lamination line with autoclave from Handong, China
• IGU line from Hanjiang, China
• Heat soak furnace
• Automatic four edger from Hiseng, China
• Seaming machine from Han Glasstech, China
• Cutting line from Intermac, Italy.

Jain Glass, a renowned glass retail outlet in Surat, was established in 1993. It started operations as a glass trading and glass designing company. It introduced advanced glass designing machineries in 1995.
In 2010, Jain Glass Solutions set up Surat’s first tempering plant. It was also the first glass processing plant in the city to bring in an insulated glass unit.
