All the conveying sections have dual stations, which allow for double plate-station work on glass with a length of less than 3.5 metres in the dual-station mode, thus increasing production efficiency by more than 50 per cent.The aluminum frame section is equipped with an automatic lifting device that helps position the aluminum frame of large plate glass. Additionally, there is an automatic side thickness device before plate pressing, and the Siemens servo system that drives the plate pressing can automatically achieve precise pressing of the plate size based on the post-test results.
