The award ceremony for the state quality seal “berufundfamilie” recently took place in the Aula der Wissenschaften in Vienna. On behalf of the Republic of Austria, Familie & Beruf Management GmbH coordinates and bundles initiatives at local, regional and national level to create a family-friendly living and working environment. LiSEC was awarded the quality seal for its outstanding commitment to the compatibility of work and family. The certification was presented by Bernadett Humer, MSc, Head of the Family & Youth Section in the Federal Chancellery.
LiSEC has demonstrated through numerous measures and initiatives that promoting a family-friendly work environment is a central part of the company culture. This award underlines the importance that LiSEC attaches to supporting its employees in balancing professional demands and family obligations. Flexible working time models allow employees to organize their working hours flexibly. Home office options offer the chance to work from home and thus better reconcile work and family. Corporate health promotion supports the well-being of employees through various programs and measures. Flexible solutions for parental leave and support for returning to work after parental leave are also part of the offer.
