– Tell us about your journey in the glass processing industry and how you came to lead Jinglass?
My journey in the glass industry began in 2007, initially working with edging and washing machines. Over the years, I transitioned to the tempering business in 2014. My dedication to the field and customer focused approach led me to join Jinglass, where I now serve as Sales Director, driving innovation and growth in the global market.

– What makes Jinglass a leading manufacturer of tempering furnaces in China?
The Chinese glass market is highly developed, with a strong emphasis on glass quality and energy efficiency Jinglass excels with its advanced technologies and superior furnace quality, helping clients produce highquality glass while reducing energy costs. These attributes ensure our clients’ competitiveness and solidify Jinglass’s leadership in the industry.

– Please provide an overview of the tempering furnaces you manufacture?
Jinglass manufactures approximately 150 furnaces annually, including double-chamber and continuous tempering furnaces. These versatile machines cater to various applications and ensure consistent performance and durability.

– What cutting-edge technologies are integrated into Jinglass’s tempering furnaces? How does Jinglass ensure energy efficiency and sustainability?
Jinglass integrates several patented technologies to optimize performance and efficiency:
• Patent convection system: Ensures superior glass flatness and increased production capacity.
• Patent air nozzle design: Produces finer glass finishes with reduced anisotropy.
• Patent rivet finish and modular roller seal: Enhances heat insulation, reducing power consumption.
Additionally, we use high-quality insulation materials sourced from Japan and incorporate energy efficient designs to deliver greater production capacity with minimal energy input. This results in longer service life and reduced maintenance requirements.

– How does Jinglass maintain the quality and reliability of its furnaces?
Jinglass ensures quality through strict control of material suppliers and an experienced quality control team. These measures guarantee that every furnace meets the highest standards of performance and reliability. Jinglass would do its best to finish full furnace installation and testing before delivery, especially for all exported furnaces. This was what Jinglass did in the past one year, all exported furnaces will be fully installed in our factory and function tested, and then delivery will happen.

– How has Jinglass positioned itself in the global market, and which regions show the most growth for your products?
Jinglass is recognized as a top-tier supplier of tempering furnaces, offering reliable and economical solutions. Recent growth has been strongest in the Indian and Middle Eastern markets, where demand continues to rise.

– What opportunities do you see in the global glass processing industry, and how is Jinglass adapting to seize them?
The industry’s growing focus on tempering quality and energy efficiency aligns with Jinglass’s expertise. By continuously innovating and refining our solutions, we are expanding our market share and meeting evolving customer demands

– How does Jinglass ensure effective after-sales support and maintenance for its customers?
Our furnaces come equipped with remote assistance modules, enabling 24-hour support directly from China. We also have local service teams in India, Korea, the Middle East, and South America to provide rapid onsite assistance when necessary.

– What are your goals for Jinglass in the next 5-10 years? How do you personally ensure Jinglass remains a leader in the industry?
Jinglass aims to become the preferred choice for all new investors in glass tempering furnaces. To achieve this, we will expand our global presence, enhance our solutions, and maintain close client relationships. Personally, I focus on market feedback and work with our team to drive continuous improvement.

Focus on high-quality and reliable suppliers to ensure long-term market survival, profitability, and lower maintenance costs.

Jinglass entered the Indian market in 2015, which is now our largest market outside China. With increasing demand for quality and energy efficiency, the growth potential in India remains vast.

– Do you manufacture specialized furnaces for unique glass applications, such as solar glass, low-E glass, or automotive glass?

Yes, Jinglass specializes in these areas. Our UD and Vulcan series furnaces can temper almost all types of low-E glass and are widely used in India for applications such as solar and automotive glass.

– Could you share insights on the energy efficiency and sustainability of your furnace range? How does Jinglass address the growing demand for solar glass processing?

Jinglass furnaces are among the most energy-efficient in the market, featuring power consumption monitoring systems to help clients optimize energy usage. We are a leading supplier for solar glass tempering, continuously improving our technologies to ensure consistent quality and efficiency. India is poised to become the largest market for solar glass processing outside China, and Jinglass is fully committed to meeting this demand.

– How large is your sales team in India, and are they geographically distributed to cover key regions?
Currently, we have two local sales representatives in India. While they perform exceptionally, we plan to expand the team to better cover all regions and meet growing demand.

– What factors make India a key focus for Jinglass’s growth strategy?

India’s increasing emphasis on quality and energy efficiency aligns perfectly with Jinglass’s philosophy. The country represents a significant opportunity for growth, particularly in the architectural and solar glass sectors, which offer the most potential.

– How has the Indian glass processing industry evolved in recent years, and how does Jinglass plan to leverage this growth?

India has become our largest export market, reflecting its rapid development. Jinglass plans to strengthen its local team, making them more professional and efficient to better serve our clients. By focusing on innovation and customer service, we aim to solidify our leadership in the Indian market.
