A machine building division of RAINBOW Group, Indian Finishing Technologies Pvt Ltd., is a leader in finishing solutions. IFT is an Original Equipment Manufacturer & takes pride in being the only manufacturer of coating machines in India and a part of “Make in India”. IFT started its operations in mid- 2013 under 2 technocrats, Mr. Sanjay KulKarni & Mr. Karthic, with rich experience of around 15 years in the Wood industry. They were joined by another director, Mr. Ramesh who is again from same Industry. IFT is based in Bengaluru – a hub for Wood industries. IFT’s capabilities range from machine design, development of prototypes, manufacture and validation, machine automation to scale up and manufacture of large machines in fully assembled or modular form. IFT has highly experienced engineering and machine design professionals with in-housemanufacturing unit. IFT’s strategic location in the metallurgical capital city of Bengaluru, with a highly-developed precision components manufacturing base helps it in sourcing exotic materials and components easily.

IFT is certified with ISO 9001: 2008 A Quality Management System. In-house designed IFT machines for Coating caters majorly to the segments like

The product range varies from manual spray booths to automatic spray machines. The wood division can supply a complete range of systems to coat flat or raised panels. Their extended line of product also includes a number of material handling systems to meet every specific need. By the end of their 3rd year of operation IFT is likely to make a turnover of Rs. 30 – 35 million in finishing-machine building. IFT is planning for horizontal expansion & cater to the Glass & Automotive Segments. IFT has launched its premier product Rainspray – G for glass. Keeping in view the growth plan and expansion, IFT is happy to announce that, from January 2017, Mr. Anand R Diwanji will join them as Director – Business Development. Anand Diwanji is a well-known personality in the Glass sector and worked with Saint-Gobain group of companies for over 20 years. Basically an automation engineer, he groomed himself as a business head with experience across verticals and levels catering to production: Maintenance, Project Execution, Machine Building and Technical Sales.
