Adds A New LWDY Lamination Line

True to its reputation of adapting to changes, evolving with time and surging ahead against all odds, Sheesh Mahal Tuff Glasses Pvt Ltd., has added yet another feather to it cap.

Keeping pace with its steady growth as an organization, Sheesh Mahal Tuff Glasses Pvt Ltd. starts production of high-quality laminated glass from May 2017 using its newly-installed state-of –the-art LWDY lamination line. The LWDY lamination line, known as the best lamination line of China, is equipped with infrared technology and can produce laminated glass having dimensions of 3m by 6m. With the new machinery in its armory, Sheesh Mahal plans to be true to its goodwill for quality and standards. The tradition of dedicated hard work and unflinching confidence in the face of adversity was imbibed in the company from its very inception when in 1947, Late Mr Radha Krishan Tuteja arrived in Rohtak, Haryana, about 70km from the capital city of New Delhi, from Pakistan after partition and started out as small retailer of glass products. As time passed, he was joined by his eldest son, Mr Prem Tuteja in 1973. Mr Prem Tuteja took the reins of the business right after post graduation and started a wholesale line of glass and glass products.

Thereafter, in 1995, the family diversified into plywood business. And from there, there has no looking back in this journey. Mr. Radha Krishan Tuteja’s five sons ventured into the business. Three among them, Mr. Prem Tuteja, Mr. Bhuvnesh Tuteja and Mr. Rajesh Tuteja took over the glass processing business, while Mr. Vinay Tuteja and Mr. Sanjay Tuteja took the reins of the plywood business. The success of the business model followed by the siblings was evident from the establishment of a second plywood processing unit in 2005. In 2010, Sheesh Mahal ventured into the toughened glass processing industry with a Uniglass processing line brought in from Finland. Sheesh Mahal never believed in compromising with quality and hence, on every step of their journey they have strived for nothing but the best. And that reflects in their choice of machinery. They have managed to install only the bestin- class machinery available, which includes, DGU from Bassara Machine (UK), Cutting Machines Macotec (Italy) & Golive Double Edger from China. As the company progresses, the third generation of the family has started to join the business. Mr. Samarth Tuteja, son of Mr. Bhuvnesh Tuteja, joined the company in 2012 after acquiring his engineering degree. He was soon followed by Mr Saurabh Tuteja, son of Mr. Prem Tuteja, who joined the family business in 2014 after completing his MBA from IIFT.
