Currently, the flagship company, Valia Impex Pvt. Ltd is the Del Credere Agent (DCA) of M/s Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), marketing and promoting Reliance polymers such as PVC, PP and PE, in the region of Maharashtra, Goa, Daman and Silvassa. Attention to detail, prompt delivery and product quality resulted in major growth and the company was awarded as the largest distributor in the western region by RIL.

Fibro Plast Corporation
Fibro Plast Corporation is currently associated with the world leading plastic manufacturers like E.I. Dupont and Owens Corning. Found in the year 1977, FPC is in distribution of DuPont Polymers. It was in 2010 when DuPont approached FPC for the distribution of its GLS business in India. Since then FPC is importing Kuraray PVB from its manufacturing and storing facilities all over the world. With its headquarters in Mumbai, the company has warehouse at two locations in India. Having started in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, the company expanded to an additional warehouse at ICD Loni, Ghaziabad, UP. As a result, the company can now cater to its customers more efficiently with a quick response to demands. The company ensures sustained quality and reliability of supplies. In 2013, after Kuraray took over DuPont, FPC retained its customers and swiftly transformed to Kuraray as its principal. Currently, FPC is proudly associated with Kuraray India Pvt. Ltd for the distribution of its various interlayers used for automotive and architectural glass lamination.
