Its curvilinear design reduces stress concentration at transition points and therefore twisted arm design has better strength to hold the glass panels. With Twisted spider fittings, dome nuts are not visible on fin side glass ensuring a seamless look. These are best suited for the max fin thickness of 25.52 mm and for higher thickness of glass, allen bolts can be changed. Twisted spider fittings are available in PSS finish and crafted with high tensile SS-316 material to make them more durable, safe and sustainable. This new range of Twisted Spider fittings are offered from S Series of Premium Architectural Hardware Collection from Ozone. The range includes the fin spiders in 2-way & 4-way types and wall & ceiling spiders in 1-way & 2-way types. Ozone team endeavors to work on the product development front as per emerging demand from its customers – architects, interior designers & builders, therefore, introduced Twisted Spider Fitting for their needs of creating design for frameless facades. Ozone glass façade Solutions includes the wide range of glass façade spider fittings and glass façade canopy fittings such as standard spider fittings, Metal sheet spiders fittings, glass clamping patch for DGU glass facades, customized spider fittings, fin plates & splice plates. These façade spider fittings are provided in with Fin & without Fin options in SS 304 & SS 316 Grade as per project requirement.
