Sustainability
Yesho Tuff has given social responsibility and sustainability very high importance right from its inception. Which is why the company has invested a huge amount of money in ensuring that every drop of water that falls onto the rooftop area of over 100,000 sq ft structure is channelled properly into a rainwater harvesting reservoir that can save the company close to 16 lakh litres of fresh rainwater annually. In addition to building a rainwater harvesting pit, the company has also invested in recycling all the water that comes out of the glass processing machines, including and especially grinding machines such as double edger, single edger, and bevelling machines through a special 3-stage filtration system. With the increasing demands of the market for uninterrupted power supply and also with the cost of power going up every day, Yesho Tuff has also invested in a complete solar capable roof for its shed and also plans on investing money in introducing solar panels on its rooftop to generate clean energy to offset its current energy requirements. “As per theoretical calculations, the rooftop solar panels alone will be able to generate close to 700 KVa of clean power which is enough to sustain the complete power requirement for the company currently,” says Harsh Agarwal, who runs the company along with his brother Yash Agarwal, under the able guidance of their father Mr Sanjeev Agarwal, uncle Rajeev Agarwal and grandfather Mr B L Agarwal.
Target Market
Yesho Tuff ’s current target market is naturally to supply to the retail division. It has channel partners and suppliers in parts of Karnataka, Maharashtra, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh and the company plans on utilizing this network over the next six months to spread awareness of high-performance glass along with clear benefits of tempered glass over annealed glass.
