Two projects invested, constructed and designed by CTIEC were formally completed and put into production recently.
1. A 600t/d ultra-clear float glass production line of Zhonglian Glass was formally put into production
At 9:39 am on July 28th, a 600t/d ultra-clear high-quality float glass production line of Henan Zhonglian Glass Co., Ltd achieved its first glass pull successfully, and the total yield of the shift on duty reached more than 80%. The project transformed from the stages of furnace heat-up and linkage commissioning to the trial production stage, which marks the successful completion of the float glass production line project moving from urban area to industrial park.
This 600t/d ultra-clear float glass production line, invested and constructed by CTIEC is the second phase project that moved from urban area to industrial park, and its product is positioned as a full range of ultra-clear float glass of 2-19mm. The design and construction were carried out in accordance with the standard of the first demonstration line of the second generation of Chinese float glass technology, and its own characteristics are formed through key technological innovation with the integration of the concepts of smart factory and intelligent manufacturing. The equipment configuration, process level, and intelligence of the whole line have reached the national advanced level. The products are targeted to meet the huge market demand of high-end functional glass such as photovoltaic modules, automotive glass, home appliance glass and so on.
2. Jiaxing Glass held a grand completion and commissioning ceremony of the thin-film glass production line
On the morning of July 29, the completion and commissioning ceremony of CNBM Jiaxing Glass (Heilongjiang) Co., Ltd.’s annual output of 19 million square meters film glass production line was held in the main combined workshop. Leaders at all levels of CNBM and representatives of corporate cadres and employees witnessed this historic moment.
The project is designed by CTIEC and constructed in accordance with the latest technical standards of the domestic glass industry. It is equipped with a series of leading technologies, such as the current domestic leading technologies of “wide ribbon with slow speed”, tank bottom bubbling, 0# oxygen burner technology, central information detection and control system, new environmental protection measures of deSOx and deNox, etc. It was completed and started up on June 6 this year. On July 1, the first glass pull was successful with the production of first-class glass. The high-quality float glass produced can be widely used in high-end fields such as the substrate and the backsheet of CdTe thin-film solar panel, Low-E glass sheet and glass deep processing field. It is estimated that the annual increase in output value will be 70.978 million USD, and the newly-increased tax will be 12.344 million USD, which will greatly enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise.
