Messe Düsseldorf India Decides To Postpone Dates, Keeps Event Venue in Mumbai Unchanged
Given the impending uncertainty due to the sudden surge in cases of COVID-19 and its new variant, Messe Düsseldorf India has decided to reschedule the combined events of glasspex INDIA, glasspro INDIA and fenestrationpro INDIA.
The events originally scheduled for March 3-5, 2022 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai has now been now scheduled on September 14 -16, 2023 at the same venue.
The seventh edition of glasspex INDIA – International Exhibition for Glass Production, Processing and Products – is organized by Messe Düsseldorf India and supported by the All India Glass Manufacturers’ Federation (AIGMF).
On the other hand, glasspro INDIA is an annual event for the flat glass industry, showcasing the latest trends in flat glass processing and products, and is jointly organized by Messe Düsseldorf India and Glass Bulletin.
Both the events are powered by Glasstec Düsseldorf, Germany – the world’s leading exhibition on glass. Thomas Schlitt, Managing Director, Messe Düsseldorf India, said: “Our objective remains to support economic recovery by providing a leading platform for conducting business safely and effectively at our trade fairs. But the recent development in the pandemic situation makes it impossible to hold the glass events in India for March 2022.
