Launches Mirror Glass At The Same EventEmerge Glass India Pvt Ltd., one of the country’s leading glass manufacturers, recently organised its annual Dealers Meet for the year 2017 at Grand Dreams, Mayapuri, New Delhi. The event also coincided with the company’s mirror launching ceremony.
Mr. Sumit Gupta, MD of Emerge Glass welcomed the guests at the event and conveyed his gratitude to the dealers who honoured him with their presence. Mr. Gupta took the opportunity to discuss with the dealers the business progress of the company and also his vision of the way ahead. Emerge Glass honoured its leading dealers across India. M/s Harakh Chand & Sons, M/s S S Glass and M/s Tirupati Glass were adjudged the top three dealers of thick glass sales across India. Accordingly, M/s Riccoh Glass, M/s Kataria Glass and M/s Simplex Glass were honoured as the top three dealers of thin glass sales across India. M/s Harakh Chand & Sons was also honoured as the leading dealer based on both thick and thin glass sales across the country taken together. The dealers’ meet coincided with the launch of the mirror glass by the company. It may be mentioned that just a few months back, Emerge Glass India Pvt Ltd, at its manufacturing behemoth in Behror (Rajasthan), started the production of excellent quality aluminum fume-coated, ecofriendly, copper and tin-free mirror glass of thickness ranging from of 1.5mm to 3mm. This is achieved using the horizontal Magnetron Spluttering line. This feat successfully added mirror glass, flat glass and frosted glass to the already existing product line of the company within a year. Designed to produce 60 tonne perday (TPD) of aluminum-coated mirror glass using the high-tech horizontal line process, Emerge Glass India mirrors the reflection with clarity of vision and purpose. Emerge Glass has been producing high quality flat (semi float) glass of thickness up to 1.5mm to 8 mm using upgraded colburn technical process since February 2016. It also added frosted glass to its production line in the same year. With its high-tech flat glass plant at Behror in Rajasthan, Emerge Glass made a mark in the Indian glass manufacturing industry with superquality flat glass for multipurpose usage. With thickness from 1.3mm to 10mm and up to sizes 600mmx 900mm (minimum) and 2,440mmx3,660mm (maximum) it caters to the needs of all users of such glass. The plant with its green technology is highly energy efficient and helps reduce carbon footprint, too. Equipped with the upgraded version of Glaverbel technology that can produce up to 210 tonne-a-day of ultrathin and superfine flat glass, Emerge Glass India has emerged as one of the largest manufacturers of superfine flat glass in India. Glaverbel technology enables ultrathin glass withstand pressure, and hence there is lesser chance of breakage.
