Chennai: FUSO GLASS INDIA PVT LTD, the leading glass processor in south India, proudly announces its expansion plans following its participation in the Global Investors Meet organized by the Government of Tamil Nadu.

In line with its commitment to meet the increasing demand for architectural glass in the South Indian States, especially in and around Bengaluru, FUSO GLASS is set to establish a state-of-the-art architectural plant with the largest manufacturing capacity. The ideal location for the new plant has been identified in the Hosur belt of Tamil Nadu’s Krishnagiri District.

This significant investment of not less than Rs 70 Crore will not only cater to the growing market demand but also create direct employment opportunities for approximately 150 people. Scheduled to commence operations in the 2024-25 financial year, the new plant will uphold FUSO GLASS’s legacy of quality, innovation and nearest to customers.

During the Global Investors Meet 2024, held on January 7th and 8th in Chennai, FUSO GLASS INDIA PVT LTD signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Tamil Nadu, under the guidance of Chief Minister Thiru M K Stalin. This strategic partnership gains momentum to FUSO’s commitment to align with Tamil Nadu’s new Industrial Policy aiming at the industrial growth of the State.

Mr Ashok Kumar Jain, Executive Director of FUSO GLASS INDIA PVT LTD, expressed gratitude to the Government of Tamil Nadu and Chief Minister Thiru M K Stalin for their unwavering support in facilitating this landmark initiative.
