The 21st GlassBuild America was successfully held in Dallas, marking the largest event in the past 16 years. This year also marked the second time that MAC-HANJIANG participated in the exhibition together.
During the exhibition, we had the opportunity to connect with both new and existing clients from across the United States, as well as from Canada, Mexico, Central America, and Colombia. We showcased many successful automation case studies and videos of large-scale insulated glass projects from MAC-HANJIANG. The automated production line projects have thoroughly helped glass deep-processing enterprises address common challenges in managing production orders and personnel in architectural glass processing. Many large-scale deep-processing companies showed significant interest in our solutions.
Since 2005, HANJIANG has been exporting its IG solutions, with its first insulated glass production line installed in California. For nearly 20 years, it has consistently served the North American market, building long-term relationships and witnessing the growth of many customers. At this exhibition, HANJIANG showcased a range of insulated glass production solutions tailored for different segments, including residential and commercial IGU, Jumbo IG solutions, different spacer options, high-speed production lines, and specialized glass solutions, Hanjiang has deep understand market demand and had a lot of service experience. Plus MAC Software has 20 years of experience in glass production management. MAC-HANJIANG shaked hands together successfully installing hundreds of fully automated glass deep-processing lines across various markets, including architectural glass, automotive glass, home appliances, and solar energy sectors. In just two years since entering the North American market, MAC-HANJIANG has secured a major automation project for a complete architectural glass factory, which is expected to be installed and operational by mid-2025.
MAC-HANJIANG automation solutions have brought significant changes to the market. Through highly integrated software and hardware systems, MAC has achieved fully automated glass deep-processing workflows, optimizing production orders, reducing manual intervention, and enhancing production efficiency and product quality. Each aspect of the process has seen substantial improvements. These automation solutions help companies significantly reduce their reliance on manual operations, not only lowering labor costs but also minimizing production errors caused by human factors. At the same time, improved production efficiency enables companies to respond to market demands more quickly, shorten delivery cycles, and increase customer satisfaction.
Moreover, MAC’s automation solutions provide greater production flexibility for deep-processing companies, allowing them to quickly adjust production line settings according to different order requirements and meet diverse and customized production needs. This flexibility enables companies to manage production resources more effectively and achieve more efficient production scheduling. Overall, MAC’s automation solutions have driven the transition towards intelligent manufacturing in the glass deep-processing industry, providing companies with a competitive edge in a highly competitive market.
